1. How can I pay for my order?

On the AircraftIllustrations website we accept payment in Euros with secure online payment via Paypal. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means customers can complete their payments first and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

2. How long will my order take to be processed?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours unless ordered over the weekend. Please be advised that although we do strive to get all orders out within 48 hours this isn’t always possible due to occasional limitations and busy periods.

NOTE: If you have orderd a custom side profile print, processing times will vary due to the print customisation. Allow at least 5 days for a custom side profile to be processed and shipped.

3. How will my order be shipped?

All orders come with free worldwide shipping in strong cardboard postal tubes.

4. Refunds and Returns Policy: Unwanted Items and Damaged Goods.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason we will be happy to issue a full refund if you return the goods within 30 days of original purchase. Alternativly I will gladly provide a replacement if your goods have been damaged during shipment by some rare circumstance.

5. Do you frame print?

Due to the fragility of a framed print we regret we are unable to offer this service.

6. Can I commission a side profile print or orginal painting?
